Out of network reimbursement just got easier!

I am excited to share a new resource that I think will be very helpful for you to pay for and save money on our sessions. It is called Thrizer, a service that handles the out-of-network process automatically for you. They allow you to only pay your co-insurance for our sessions after you meet your deductible. This means you don’t have to pay our full rate upfront, submit a superbill, and wait for the reimbursements.

We will first check to confirm you have out-of-network benefits. If so, we will use Thrizer so that you are only charged your co-insurance for sessions post-deductible.

How it works:

1. Our intake coordinator, Teresa, will email you a link to create your Thrizer account
   ‍
2. Add your insurance information and a payment method to set up your account
   ‍
3. Review your out-of-network benefits and estimated co-insurance to clarify any questions you have
   ‍
4. We will charge you via Thrizer for our appointments
   ‍

If this service looks helpful to you, we will use Thrizer to charge you for your sessions moving forward. I hope that this switch will help make sessions more affordable upfront.
